Terms of Service
Last updated 9 September 2026
What this service is
GoWatchLive sells online access to live events on behalf of the promoters who stage them. When you buy a ticket you are buying the right to watch one specific event, streamed over the internet, plus the replay of that event for as long as the promoter keeps it available.
You are not buying physical admission to the venue, and a ticket bought here does not entitle you to attend in person.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as the merchant of record. That means your payment contract for the transaction is with them, their name is what appears on your statement, and they handle the sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.
Prices are shown with the currency stated before you pay. Where a local currency option is offered, the price in that currency is set separately and is not a live conversion of the US dollar price.
What your ticket allows
A ticket is personal to the account that bought it. It allows you to:
- watch the event live at the scheduled time, and watch the replay while it remains available
- stream on a limited number of devices at the same time, so that one household can watch on more than one screen
What your ticket does not allow
It does not allow you to:
- record, copy, re-stream or redistribute the broadcast, in whole or in part
- show the broadcast in a public place, a venue, or any commercial setting
- share your sign-in access, or sell or transfer your ticket to someone else
- bypass or interfere with the access controls that protect the stream
Access limits
Each ticket allows a set number of simultaneous streams. If you exceed it, playback on the newest device is refused rather than the others being cut off. This limit exists to stop a single ticket being shared widely, and is not a way of counting how many people are in a room.
If an event changes
Live events are staged by promoters, not by us. Start times move, cards change, and events are sometimes postponed or cancelled for reasons outside anyone's control. Where that affects what you paid for, the Refund Policy sets out what you are entitled to.
Availability
We work to keep the stream available and watchable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Streaming depends on the connection at the venue, on networks between there and you, and on your own connection and device.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular one used to redistribute a broadcast or to bypass access controls. Where we do that because of a breach, we are not obliged to refund the ticket.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the version published when you bought. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [LEGAL_JURISDICTION not configured].
Who you are buying from
